The loaf pans are made with heavy, reliable gauge carbon steel. The non-stick coating can do its job well in high temperature, so you can focus on getting delicious things cooking. Applicable temperature upper limit: 220°C/428°F. Please kindly note that if the pan is consistently exposed to temperatures near or above this limit, the non-stick coating may melt or peel off.
  • How to Maintain --- Before using the pan for the first time, brush it with butter and bake it in the oven for 10 minutes. This process enhances the non-stick qualities of the pan and helps prolong its lifespan. Though the bread pan can be washed in dishwasher, for longer use, we recommend hand washing and dry it with a soft cloth after each use. Also avoid using metal utensils directly on the pan, as they may scratch the non-stick coating.
  • Bottom Vent Design --- At the bottom of the vent design, there're three holes in the bottom which make uniform baking, good air permeability, is not easy to be burnt.
